2005 Ford Excursion

SLT, XLT Premium, Eddie Bauer and Limited are the four models available for this year. SLT and XLT Premium come with a 5.4L SEFI Triton V-8 engine while Eddie Bauer and Limited come with 6.8L Triton V-10 engine. The other available engines are the 6.0L turbo diesel engine with Torque shift 5-speed automatic transmission and the 7.3L Power stroke Diesel V-8 with electronic 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. It can also make use of the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel V8 engine which produces 250 horsepower at 2600 rpm and 525 lb.-ft torque at 1600 rpm. All models has 4-speed electronic auto transmission.

 

 Interior features of XLT and XLT Premium include a front and rear manual air conditioning together with rear auxiliary controls. Eddie Bauer and Limited has a standard electronic automatic temperature. All models have two front tow hooks, a rear lift glass and a split wing out tailgate which produce a roof rack and a big opening. Safety system includes Second Generation driver and right front passenger airbags, Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH), child-proof side door locks and color-keyed adjustable 1st and 2nd row outboard shoulder belts.
